Donation Policy

All donations made to Shree Shyam Sanatan Sewasamiti are voluntary contributions towards religious and social service activities.

Refund Policy

Generally, donations once successfully completed are non-refundable because they are used for charitable and religious activities.

However, in case of an accidental duplicate payment or technical issue, the donor may contact us with transaction details for verification.

Duplicate Payment

If the same transaction amount has been deducted more than once due to a technical error, the extra amount may be reviewed and processed for refund after verification.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but donation confirmation is not received due to payment gateway failure, please contact us with:

• Donation Amount
• Registered Mobile Number

Refund Processing Time
